Hi I'm Sherlock
URGENT FOSTER HOME NEEDED FOR SHERLOCK!

Size: 60 lbs
Age: 18 months
Cat: Yes
Dogs: Yes
Kids: no children
NO APARTMENTS
This young lad has had a rough start at life. He was surrendered to a shelter with his brother as a
pup. His previous family had kept the two of them crated, together, for extended periods of time.
Since being at the shelter, Sherlock has waited for his big break. Unfortunately, his brother was
adopted and now Sherlock is very lonely. Due to his past, he needs time to trust new people.
Sherlock is extremely responsive and bonded to the people he knows but fearful of strangers. He
is great on leash, loves to cuddle and play with his people and responds very well to his training
when he is unsure. Sherlock is fine with cats and would do best in a home with another confident
and social dog. For a young dog, he is not extremely high energy...he is more of a thinker who likes
to investigate and explore life around him at a slower pace.
Sherlock has been at the shelter now for 9 months. He is in URGENT need of a foster home so that
he can continue socializing.
