This fluffy little girl is seriously cute! Penelope is a very happy and content pom pom that is at home in any situation! She is great with all people, dogs, cats, squirrels...you name it. She loves to go for walks and walks perfect on leash. She is great left alone and housebroken. Penelope is fine hanging out with her people or finding another quiet room to chill alone...sometimes she will sleep UNDER the sofa. Penelope would do well in almost any home!
*** Penelope was diagnosed with a grade 3 luxating patella which will most likely require surgery within the next 2 - 6 years if it gets worse (grade 4 or higher). The adopting family must understand that this surgery may cost $3000.00 - $4000.00.
